Globofood was founded in 1983 as an independent family
business located in Agno /Ticino (CH).
We process rice, maize, millet, yeast and most other sorts of grains. In a very gentle way we transform the original grain via drying, instantisation or pre-cooking into a semi-finished product for industrial use or into a ready-to-eat product for children and adults.
As a small boutique company we love the challenge. The relatively small size of our company and the customer-oriented spirit of our team provide maximum flexibility in terms of production processes and sizes.
Food safety is crucial for us: In 2010 Globofood SA was FSSC 2200 certified which was confirmed on a yearly basis since then.
In addition, the following certifications have been awarded to us:
